      can generate happy chemistry in your body which lifts your mood, promotes a strong immune system and makes you feel strong.                 
      At the same time, constant worrying can stress your brain, organs and  cardiovascular system while causing feelings of helplessness .

The impact of the pictures we run in our minds is so powerful that Olympic sports trainers have used positive visualization for decades to help
athletes to become winners.   When  athletes imagine being positive and successful, their performance and confidence automatically improves.
