1. If you were truly living a Positive Life, what would be your most important goal in this moment?
(First, practice by focusing on simple goals such as be healthy, laugh every day, spend time with friends, etc.
Then move onto larger goals, like explore a new job, change a relationship, start a dream business, move.)
2. What is your favorite day dream of what it would be like to accomplish this goal? Write a little story
about this --- be descriptive!
3. What does your Body need for you to accomplish this? (Place your hand on your belly, close your eyes
and ask this question. Notice any words, pictures and ideas which come to you.)
4. What does your Emotional Heart need for you to accomplish this? (Place your hand over your, close
your eyes and ask this question. Notice any words, pictures and ideas which come to you.)
5. What does your Mind need for you to accomplish this? (Rest your hands in your lap, close your eyes and
ask this question. Notice any words, pictures and ideas which come to you.)
6. What do you know deep inside about needs to happen for you to accomplish this? Take a deep breath
and imagine you are resting in the center of your body as you ask this question. Again, notice and words,
pictures or ideas which come to you.)
7. After doing this for a week, go back and look over your notes. Do you notice any patterns? Write it
down! Let this information help you make positive new choices.
