5 Simple Things to Change Your Life and Feel Better

Sometimes we feel stuck in feelings, illness,
relationships, or situations. We can feel helpless or
hopeless.   Here are some beginning steps to help
you to get unstuck and shift from negative to positive
thinking, feeling, acting, living.


    1. Take a breath to release stress while fueling your body with oxygen and energizing your organs--including your    
    brain.   It makes you more alert and responsive to your environment and helps you feel free.  Slouching which restricts
    breathing is associated with feeling helpless and up to a 30% decrease in Oxygen flow to your brain!  So sit up and breath!

    2. Get Moving! Get up out of your chair, step outside, dance, jog, stretch, walk to strengthen your body.  This
    encourages flexible thinking and emotions  and increases your resilience to stress.  It helps you feel your inner power and  
    freedom and to find fresh new ideas!  It will truly help you get UNSTUCK!

    3.  Take 10 minutes to get centered and clear about what you truly want!  Take some quiet
    time---to sit by a river, sit in a quiet spot, gaze at the horizon, breathe the evening air.    Then listen to the 8 minute Free

    contribute to increased vitality and creativity.  So drive a new road, try new food, get a  massage or listen to music. Have
    time in nature!  Contact with nature has a positive impact on you: reduced heart disease and blood pressure,  increased
